1. The Principal reserves the right to grant or refuse any pupil entry.
2. Fees are due point of invoice for the term ahead. Uniform monies are due on receipt of goods.
3. Cancellation of lessons :
● Any advanced payments are non-refundable
● Cancellations of lessons as a result of circumstances beyond her control,
failure of electric, heating and weather conditions will not be refunded.
However the children are very welcome to attend another class of their choice
during that term.
● Teacher illness, in this event classes will be rearranged or refunded.
4. The Principal does not accept any liability for lost, stolen or damaged belongings owned by the pupil.
5. No jewellery to be worn for class.
6. No food or drink to be taken into the dance hall.
7. Whilst the teacher is preparing for class, please remain outside in the foyer.
8. Please keep away from the doors whilst a class is taking place. The children are easily distracted and lose concentration.
9. To avoid embarrassing accidents and disruptions to the class please make sure your child visits the toilet first.
10. Please make sure your child is ready for class in time for the change over of classes to run smoothly.
11. The children will enter exams at the teacher’s discretion, which sometimes means splitting them up from friends.
